1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the 88bdt website (88bdt.cam) and all services connected to it. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user of the 88bdt platform ("you" or "user") and 88bdt ("we", "us", or "the Company").

88bdt services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. 21+ Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If age verification reveals that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• You must register using your own name and identity; registering under another person's name or with false information is not permitted.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where you are located.
• Individuals who have self-excluded may not open a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3.2 Password and Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

At any stage we may request a National ID card, passport, or other official document to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until the KYC process is completed.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable to all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name; use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Deposit amounts must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• 88bdt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any fees or charges imposed by the payment gateway are the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the total bonus amount 15 times (15x). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• 88bdt reserves the right to cancel any promotion in cases of bonus abuse.
• VIP cashback bonuses will be credited automatically each week to eligible accounts.

6. VIP Program

The 88bdt VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7% plus additional benefits.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0% plus the highest level of premium benefits.

88bdt retains full authority to determine and change VIP tier status. 88bdt may modify the conditions of the VIP program at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or deception of others.
• Betting or gameplay using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Unauthorised interference with the platform's software or systems.
• Using another user's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse or creating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

8. Gameplay and Betting Rules

8.1 General Gameplay

All games and betting services are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. SSL encryption and fair play are ensured.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is their own intellectual property and is subject to their respective licences.
